How to Explain Your Process

How to explain your process
    • When you upload your screenshot, click on the image, make it X-tra large,  and then click "caption."
      1. In the caption, write 1-2 sentences explaining what you did.
      2. Use appropriate vocabulary each sentence. (Make sure to check the blog for any vocabulary.)
      3. Make sure to use capitals and correct punctuation.
      4. How to get help:
        • Red-dotted lines mean that something is spelled wrong.  Right-click it to choose the correct spelling. (This will not point out errors in capitalization.)
        •  Open Microsoft Word and type your sentences there.  Run spell check.  Copy and paste the sentence into your caption.
        • Ask a neighbor or Mrs. Miller for help.

Smart Filters post example

In this photo I applied two non-destructive filters--the Ocean Ripple and Blur Smart Filters.  The Ocean Ripple layer was on top with an Overlay Blending Mode.

Guess Who Game Project

  • Create your own Guess Who cards
  • Get to know the game:
    • If someone else is finished with their work, play the Guess Who game with them
    • If someone is not, download and play Guess Who? - Freemium
  • Decide on a subject for your game characters (i.e. characters from Harry Potter, famous people in American History, your friends, your family, etc.)
  • Measure the card in the (real) game to create your template.  I have copies if someone is playing the game.
  • Find LARGE or MEDIUM (this will be printed) sized images to use, or create your own.  The best finished projects will be printed.
